1. Planning support
Binyana is a remodeling planning and contractor platform. Final contracting is performed by licensed contractor partners.
2. Not a final quote
Binyana does not provide final construction quotes or licensed construction services directly unless through a licensed contractor partner.
3. No professional advice substitute
Binyana does not provide legal, engineering, architectural, electrical, plumbing, permit, code, tax, insurance, or financing advice.
4. Licensed review required
Licensed contractor partner review is required before any final proposal, construction scope, pricing, schedule, or agreement. California projects may be reviewed by Clean Energy Retrofit Inc DBA Uplift Remodeling, CSLB #1032552.
5. Preliminary cost ranges
Cost ranges are preliminary and based on assumptions, project details, uploaded information, configuration data, and incomplete site information.
6. No guarantees
There is no guarantee of contractor availability, project timeline, financing availability, permitting outcome, material availability, or final price.
